Our flagship product is a downloadable, Excel-based workbook designed to help you centralize your personal, financial, medical, and digital information.

Because we care deeply about your privacy and security, we chose to build this as a standalone desktop file rather than a cloud-based software platform. This means:

  • We do not host or store your data: Once you purchase and download the Excel workbook, it lives entirely on your personal computer or local storage device.

  • Zero data collection: SilverBeacon has absolutely no access to the sensitive information, passwords, account numbers, or medical details you type into your workbook.

  • Your Responsibility: Because your data stays entirely in your hands, you are solely responsible for the security, encryption, password protection, and backup of your workbook file. SilverBeacon cannot recover a lost file, restore a forgotten password, or retrieve data if your device is lost or damaged. We strongly encourage you to store your completed workbook securely and share access only with trusted family members or designated fiduciaries.

3. Privacy, Trust & Ethics Statement

We believe your private life should stay private. Our privacy policy is straightforward: We do not collect, track, or store your private health or financial information. * No PHI or Financial Tracking: SilverBeacon.net is not a cloud database. We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) and are not a HIPAA-covered service because we don't handle your clinical data.

  • What We Do Collect: The only information we collect is data you explicitly and voluntarily give us—such as your name and email address when you buy a product, sign up for our newsletter, or email us a question.

  • No Selling Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party marketers. We only use your email to deliver what you asked for and to support your experience with our services.
